If you request information on a submission or other information from the website or if for any other reason you send us an e-mail from the website, we will have a record of your e-mail address and any other personal information you provide to us in the body of the e-mail. If you register as a member of the press, we will collect your name, e-mail address, telephone number and the name of the company you work for or are affiliated with.
